Who is James McFaddin? He is Svetlana Rilkoff’s former pastor, and also her former brother-in-law. He is married to Castlegar Mayor Maria McFaddin. Svetlana Rilkoff was married to Maria McFaddin’s brother. When not leading the flock, James McFaddin works for the Castlegar RCMP as a chaplain. He collects a paycheck from Sgt. Monty Taylor (monty.taylor@rcmp-grc.gc.ca), Detachment Commander of the Castlegar RCMP.

This is the same Monty Taylor who has an open file for criminal harassment against Svetlana Rilkoff’s barking dog Danny Keith Martin. (File # 25-1440)
